ICYMI: JOHN JAMES TAKES HIS MESSAGE ACROSS MICHIGAN
From Detroit to East Lansing, James takes his message directly to Michiganders
SHELBY TOWNSHIP, MI — John James was on the move across Michigan this weekend, taking his message directly to voters, drawing a sharp contrast with Jocelyn Benson, and making clear that he is running to represent EVERY Michigander.
James brings his message to the NAACP
James spoke at the NAACP forum, sharing his family’s American Dream story that took root in Detroit and his vision to restore opportunity and prosperity across the state.
He also shined a light on Jocelyn Benson’s glaring conflict of interest with the data center industry. Benson’s family has profited hundreds of thousands of dollars from data center deals while her running mate Winnie Brinks supported the NDAs to try to keep those deals hidden.
James has been clear: Michigan needs more transparency, not less. That is why he launched his campaign with his Freedom from Corruption Agenda.
New poll shows a statistical tie
A new poll showed James and Benson statistically tied, confirming what we already know: Michigan is READY FOR CHANGE.
John James is crisscrossing this state, showing up, listening and working every single day to earn the trust of Michiganders and prove he will deliver change for ALL 10 MILLION people who call Michigan home.
With absentee voting underway and Election Day quickly approaching, the momentum is BUILDING. Now, we FINISH STRONG.
James meets with voters in New Hudson
James stopped by Huron Valley Guns in New Hudson to exercise his second amendment right and meet with staff and voters to discuss the importance of protecting our constitutional rights and defending our individual freedoms.
From there, James headed to I-96 Speedway to join Congressman John Moolenaar, Attorney General candidate Doug Lloyd, Secretary of State candidate Tony Forlini and other candidates fighting to bring COMMON SENSE back to Michigan.
From the campaign trail to the MSU tailgate
James continued the day in East Lansing, stopping by Michigan State tailgates to meet students, fans and voters, including a warm welcome from MSU’s Pi Kappa Alpha and MSU College Republicans.
John James is not slowing down. He is showing up, talking to EVERYONE and making the case for a Michigan where every person, in every community, has the opportunity to prosper.
