James Campaign Raises $800,000 from Donors in Year-End Report
Shelby Township, MI — Team John James raised nearly $10.3 million in 2025 from roughly 18,000 individual supporters. With Team James’ approximately $7.3 million cash on hand and his commanding primary lead, John James is the only Republican currently leading both Democratic opponents in general-election polling—clear evidence of the campaign’s financial strength, broad statewide appeal, and ability to win and deliver results for Michigan.
Within that total, John James for MI—the principal campaign committee—raised $838,000 in the final two months of 2025, holds nearly $2.5 million cash on hand, and carries zero debt. By contrast, some opponents have loaned their campaigns money which is then listed as debt—not cash on hand. James’ debt-free position reflects disciplined leadership and a campaign built to win.

The strong fundraising comes on the heels of James’ Mission First, People Always tour where he attended several town halls discussing his Freedom From Corruption agenda and Parents’ Rights. He toured family farms, met with law enforcement, visited small businesses targeted with unjust COVID era violations, and at a press conference in Macomb where several local officials endorsed him, reiterated his concerns with Jocelyn Benson overseeing her own election.
